The proprietor, Mr. Geraint L. Griffith M.B.I.E. has invested a lot of time and money in the refurbishment of the businesses' main memorial salesrooms and workshop premises.

The offices in Cemetery Road, Porth were run down memorial workshops which were too small for the amount of monumental work being carried out. Expansion meant the purchase of much larger and more suitable workshop premises in Ynyshir.

The larger premises allowed for the introduction of heavier machinery to help with the handling of the many memorials being supplied. This expansion meant that the old run down workshops could be transformed into what we now believe is the smartest and most comfortable showroom in South Wales with a wide range of quality memorials on display.

Mr Griffith has also invested in experienced staff.

Employees include:

• A British Register of Accredited Memorial Masons Licensed Fixer, and mason with over 20 years experience.
• A hand letter carver and mason with over Twenty years experience of masonary and sales of memorials.
• A fulltime memorial artist and mason.
• A part time memorial artist and mason.
• A full time trainee memorial mason, and experienced concrete manufacturer.
• A full time trainee secretary.
