Most of the memorials that we supply are erected within the Borough of Rhondda Cynon Taff, however, we have carried out work in many other areas including West Wales and England.

As monumental masons, we understand the properties of the materials and types of stone that we use, which helps us in providing a memorial that is suited to you.
we understand how important it is for you to choose the right memorial as a tribute to a persons life and also understand that this does take time. All of our masonary work is first designed and approved on paper by you to make sure that you are happy with all aspects of your chosen memorial.
There is no timeline for that we expect from you as we understand that making decisions about the memorial during times of upset, can later end in regret. We will take the time that is required from you, to produce a lasting memorial that you are happy with.
However, there is usually a three to five month timeline from the moment that you decide on having memorial from us to the time that the memorial is fitted, remembering that for burials, we are unable to erect a memorial until six months after the funeral.
This involves:
- You the customer deciding to have a memorial provided from us.
- You take whatever time that is required for you to decide what kind of memorial you would like for your loved one
- Once you have decided which memorial you would like, two printouts of the inscriptions and design are signed and dated by you.
- We then place the order with the memorial supplier.
- We then deal with the buriel authorities such as the council which can take upto six weeks.
- Once the memorial is recieved by us, all of the work is carried out and once completed, is shown to you.
- The memorial is then erected and maintained by us if you require it.
During this time, we require a 30% deposit of the full price, which is paid once you are satisfied and pleased with the completed work. At any stage, you may tell us if are not happy with the design and/or inscriptions so that we can make the necessary changes.
